Update on my broken paper trimmer


I returned my broken paper trimmer to our local Staples without the box and receipt and they replaced it no problem. Because the store just opened last week they had more trouble knowing how to record the exchange than actually doing it. I'm glad to report that in this case they lived up to their lifetime warranty.

I am glad that you were able to get a new one. I think I should have a heavy duty paper trimmer. I just have the $14.99 kind from Walmart.
