I created a Santa Claus Parade title for the layout I was working on yesterday at a friends. If you have a Wishblade, Silhouette or Craft Robo and would like to download the file it is available free here.
It has cutout areas to add snow. For this one I added liquid applique but some a little glue and glitter would be pretty too.
